What is an Appraisal Report?

This appraisal report type contains a moderate amount of detail.  

An appraisal report is a “complete” appraisal.

This report type has more detail than a Restricted Appraisal Report and less detail than a Comprehensive Appraisal Report.

Compared to a comprehensive appraisal report, which was once considered the standard for all commercial appraisals, a summary appraisal report is quicker to read, quicker to produce, and has a lower cost.

Our appraisal reports are very detailed compared to appraisal reports produced by most other companies.  

Our company utilizes proprietary word and excel based programming for our reports, which we find are more flexible and easier to accommodate unique properties or situations than utilizing appraisal software.

This report type can be appropriate for most situations and uses.
