Cody Gale, MAI, CCIM, MS-RECM, LEED AP has appraised over $500 million of real estate. He holds a Certified General Appraiser License which is Colorado’s highest level appraisal license, a real estate broker license, and has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance & Construction Management. Mr. Gale is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), CCIM and has the LEED AP designation.
