Cody Gale, MAI

Mr. Gale is an MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute, which is one of the highest, if not the highest, appraisal designation available. In addition to his Colorado Real Estate License, Certified General Appraiser License, and LEED AP designation, Cody graduated with honors from the University of Denver with a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance & Construction Management. He was repeatedly recognized for his academic achievements at DU. His is also a designated CCIM member.

Mr. Gale has appraised over $500 million 0f commercial real estate assets for lenders, institutions and private individuals. Additionally, he has valued over $100 million of residential real estate. His expertise ranges from urban, suburban and rural locations throughout Colorado, Arizona and Utah. He has appraised all major property types, including residential, office, retail, industrial, multi-family, land and special purpose.

Cody is also fluent in Spanish and has lived abroad several times.

Appraisal Qualifications


Mr. Gale has appraised over half a billion dollars of real estate. He has experience appraising all primary commercial property types, including office, retail, industrial, land, apartment and many other property types. He also has experience appraising all primary residential property types. As a qualified appraiser, he regularly performs commercial appraisal assignments for buyers, sellers, lenders, individuals, estates, investment groups, and more.  In addition to competency and experience in almost all property types, he has experience in many of Colorado’s under served locations, such as mountain and rural areas. As a LEED AP, he has worked on LEED project certification and feasibility, as well as detailed market analyses for new and existing LEED projects. Cody Gale is a designated MAI member of the Appraisal Institute.
